Ive had billing issues for months and Arely was the first person to walk me through where the issues were, which no one had offered to do before. Not only that, but she did not seem annoyed with my questions and actually took the time to help. She was kind, patient, polite and informative. She did not give me the run around or tell me that she wasn’t able to help me. Angelica herself is also helpful. If you have questions and have issues getting answers, I highly recommend asking for either of them."
